The Epiphany monthly planner is perfect for those who'd like to add a touch of mindfulness in their daily lives. It encourages you to set a "Monthly Mantra" which is meant to be spoken every day in order for it to be effective. It also provide a space for you to keep track on the "Moon Phases" that will help understand the fluctuation of surrounding emotions and energy. The "Gratitude" space is for you to list all the great things that happened to you no matter how small. We often forgotten how to appreciate the good things that has happen because of how focused we are to achieve perfection, instead we tend to focus on the things that went wrong.

Inspiration comes when we open our minds, eyes and ears to our surrounding. When we practice being aware of what goes on in our daily lives, we'll see that the answers are there all along. The Epiphany monthly planner wants to give you that inspiration by helping you manage your day-to-day lives.

The monthly planner can be placed on the wall of your office or on your desk.

The monthly planner is left blank for flexibility. It can be printed as many as you like and it can be used for years to come.

The planner consists of 35 boxes to cover a full month, a space to keep track on the "Moon Phases", an area to list your "Gratitude", and an area to write your "Monthly Mantra".

The "Moon Phases" is ideally left for the new moon, first quarter, full moon and the last quarter. Draw the moon however you like! Make faces or geometric designs, it is all up to you.

You can print the planner onto A3 or A4 size. There are additional files to print the A3 size on to an A4 that requires you to "stitch" the two pages together *
